Non-Ameriprise Computers Can’t See Client Viewer

Just found out today a handy tip. Many advisors have been disappointed that it appears they could not see Client Viewer on non-AMPF computers after a recent change.

Turns out, the change was: Client Viewer is now a pop-up program. If you to into your Internet Explorer Tools menu and disable your pop-up blocker, you can still access client viewer, even though you’re not connected to the Cisco VPN.
